    Hundred automatic feed

    In order to improve the performance of the rotary table grinding of the LC series machines, it is possible to provide them with automatic centesimal feed of the wheelhead (L 11), an accessory allowing to carry out automatic grinding cycles.
    It includes a device which synchronizes the movements on the vertical axis of the wheelhead with the rotary motion of the work table; every two revolutions of the table, the wheelhead carries out the pre-set feed.
    The max removal in every work cycle is 1 mm which can be obtained with feeds of 0.005, 0.010 and 0.015 mm.

    Electronic micrometric downfeed with digital readout

    Is the new electronic device for micrometric down-feed with digital readout applicable to all LC series vertical spindle grinding machines.
    A big display visualizes with micrometric resolution the position of the vertical axis that can be moved with the jog buttons or with the micrometric electronic hand-wheel. The cycle is completely automatic.
    The cycle parameters are: material to be removed, increment (min 0,001 mm), number of spark out, number of revolution of the table per increment.
    At the end of the cycle the head moves up, the grinding wheel motor, the coolant electro-pump and the table stop.
